摘 要:BIM正向设计作为“十四五”工程勘察设计行业发展规划中数字转型的重要组成部分,将在未来的一段时间内成为建筑设计领域的绝对热点,并对产业链结构带来深远影响。以长沙黄花国际机场T3航站楼为例,简要介绍了建筑给排水BIM正向设计过程,并阐述了BIM技术在航站楼给排水设计中的应用、问题及对策。结合BIM正向设计具体实践问题和行业前沿热点,对建筑设计行业BIM技术的应用进行了思考与展望。As an important part of digital transformation in the development plan of the“14th Five-Year Plan”engineering survey and design industry,BIM forward design will become an absolute industry hotspot in the field of architectural design in the future,and will have a profound impact on the structure of the construction engineering industry chain.Taking Changsha Huanghua International Airport Terminal 3 as an example,this paper briefly introduces the BIM forward design process of building water supply and drainage,and expounds the application,difficulties and countermeasures of BIM technology in design of terminal building water supply and drainage.Combined with the specific practical problems of BIM forward design and the frontier hotspots in the industry,this paper summarizes and prospects the application of BIM technology in the architectural design industry.
