摘  要:传统输灰系统气耗量大,容易发生堵管,输灰管道和阀门的磨损也大。对输灰系统的改造,将中引式仓泵改为下引式仓泵,同时安装先导式输灰系统。对改造前后进行对比可知,改造节能效果明显,压缩空气节气率达到了71%,管道磨损及堵管等问题也得到了解决。The traditional ash conveying system has large gas consumption,so the pipes are easily blocked and the ash conveying pipe and valve are severely worn.Taking Chongqing Songzao Electric Power Co.,Ltd.as an example,the ash conveying system was renovated by converting the middle-pipe cone pump into the down-pipe cone pump and installing a pilot-operated ash conveying system.The results verified the effectiveness of the renovation in energy conservation with the conservation rate of compressed air reaching 71%.Meanwhile,such problems as the wear,blockage,etc.of the pipes were solved.
