摘　　要：A族链球菌(GAS)在传统临床实践中又常称为化脓性链球菌,为β-溶血性链球菌。它是链球菌属中最重要的致病菌。GAS感染及其后遗症对儿童和青年健康影响最大,一直是困扰公共健康和国民经济的严重问题。本文目的是提倡早期、快速、准确诊断GAS感染,以便降低疾病严重程度,指导合理使用抗生素,达到最佳成本效益。Group A Streptococcus(GAS)is a beta-hemolytic Streptococcus,which is often referred to as Streptococcus pyogenes in traditional clinical practice.It is the most important pathogenic bacterium in the Streptococcus genus.GAS infection and its sequelae have a huge impact on the health of children and the youth.Therefore,it has always been a serious problem that adversely affects public health and the national economy.The purpose of this article is to advocate early,rapid,and accurate diagnosis of GAS infection in order to reduce the severity of the disease,guide the rational use of antibiotics,and achieve the best cost-effectiveness effect.
