摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗会厌良性病变的临床效果。方法选择2019年7月-2020年12月期间康平县人民医院诊疗的50例会厌良性病变患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组(每组25例)。对照组患者接受常规手术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗,对比2组手术时间、术中出血量、假膜脱落时间、住院时间、临床治疗总有效率、并发症。结果观察组的手术时间、假膜脱落及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(28.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗会厌良性病变的临床效果显著,既能缩短手术时间、住院时间,又能减少术中出血量及并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency in the treatment of benign epiglottic lesions under nasal endoscopy. Methods A total of 50 patients with benign epiglottis disease diagnosed and treated by Kangping County People’s Hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups-control group and observation group(25cases per group). The control group received conventional surgical treatment, and the observation group received low-temperature plasma radiofrequency treatment under nasal endoscopy. The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,pseudomembrane shedding time,hospital stays,total clinical treatment efficiency,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation duration,pseudomembrane shedding and hospitalization stays of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,while the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 100.00% higher than that of the control group by 80.00%(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(28.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency under nasal endoscopy in the treatment of benign epiglottic lesions is significant. It can not only shorten the operation time and hospital stay,but also reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and complications. It is worthy of application.
