肝功与血清学指标水平检验在脂肪肝诊断中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨肝功与血清学指标水平检验应用在脂肪肝诊断中的临床效果。方法 选择2018年12月-2019年12月收治的80例脂肪肝患者设为观察组,同期行健康体检的80例健康人群设为对照组,对比2组的肝功及血清学指标水平。结果 观察组AST及ALT水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TC及TG水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脂肪肝患者的肝功与血清学指标水平与健康人群对比存在明显差异,肝功与血清学指标检查可以作为诊断脂肪肝的有效手段。Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of the application of liver function and serological index level tests in the diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods Eighty patients with fatty liver admitted from December 2018 to December2019 were selected in this study and set as the observation group,and 80 healthy people who underwent health checkups in our hospital during the same period were selected to be included in this study and set as the control group. Liver function and serological index levels of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The levels of AST and ALT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of TC and TG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in liver function and serological indexes between patients with fatty liver and healthy people. Liver function and serological indexes can be used as an effective means to diagnose fatty liver,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
