摘　　要：开放与经济高质量发展之间的关系一直是国际经济学界关注的重要话题。本文将“一带一路”倡议视为准自然实验,以2010—2020年沪深A股上市公司为样本,使用双重差分法实证检验了“一带一路”倡议对参与“一带一路”建设企业技术创新的影响、异质性及作用机制。基准回归结果表明,“一带一路”倡议显著促进了参与企业的技术创新,尤其显著促进了参与企业的合作创新,且“一带一路”倡议对企业创新的影响具有异质性。作用机制检验结果表明,“一带一路”倡议通过提高参与企业信贷可获得性和研发投入强度、促进国际人才流入、改善供应链环境,进而促进了参与企业技术创新。本文从“一带一路”建设角度出发,阐释了国内外经济联动的机制及其对我国经济高质量发展的影响,为我国创新型经济发展和国内国际双循环建设提供了一定的启示。The relationship between openness and high-quality development is concerned in international economics. Using “the Belt and Road” initiative(BRI) as a quasi-natural experiment, this paper employs the difference-in-differences model to estimate the effect, also its heterogeneity and mechanism, of the BRI on Chinese listed firms’ innovation from 2010 to 2020. We find that the BRI significantly promotes the innovation of Chinese firms, especially for joint patent applications, heterogeneously. Mechanism test shows that the BRI promotes the innovation through increasing enterprises credit availability and R&D investment intensity, attracting international talent, and improving supply chain environment. This paper explains the mechanism of economic interaction between home and abroad, also its influence on the high quality development of the Chinese economy from the perspective of BRI. These findings draw inspirations for innovative economic and dual circulation development.
