摘　　要：积雪草作为常用中药,具有清热利湿、解毒消肿、活血疗疮之功效,在慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)的治疗中疗效确切,不良反应小,具有独特优势。随着现代药理学研究的深入,积雪草治疗CKD具有了丰富的理论基础,展现了更加广阔的应用前景。本文通过检索近几年国内外相关文献,从抑制纤维化、抑制炎症反应、抑制氧化应激、保护足细胞、抑制细胞凋亡五个方面总结了积雪草及积雪草总苷治疗CKD的主要药理机制,为药物开发提供理论依据,为临床实际运用提供参考。Centella asiatica,as a common Chinese medicinal herb,is effective in Qingre(清热),Lishi(利湿),Jiedu(解毒),Xiaozhong(消肿),Huoxue(活血),and Liaochuang(疗疮),and is advantageous in the treatment of chronic kidney diseases(CKDs)with definite curative efficacy and mild adverse reactions.With the development of modern pharmacology,the treatment of CKDs by Centella asiatica has been underpinned,indicating a promising prospect of application.In this study,the main pharmacological mechanism of Centella asiatica and Centella total glycosides in the treatment of CKDs was summarized from inhibition of fibrosis,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and cell apoptosis,and protection of podocytes with reference to the research available in recent years to provide a theoretical basis for drug development and clinical practice.
