摘　　要：目的:探讨护理风险管理在NICU患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3-8月山东省滕州市中心人民医院NICU收治的84例新生儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施护理风险管理。比较两组患儿护理不良事件发生率及患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患儿护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理在NICU患儿中的应用效果较好,可明显提升护理质量,降低护理不良事件发生率,提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing risk management in children in the NICU.Methods:Eighty-four cases of neonates admitted to the NICU of Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital in Shandong Province from March to August 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases each.The control group implemented conventional care,and the observation group implemented nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The incidence of nursing adverse events and the satisfaction of parents with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of nursing adverse events in the children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the parents of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing risk management in NICU children is effective,which can significantly improve the quality of nursing care,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of parents of children with nursing care.
