优质护理在膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术后患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理在膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月南京市第一医院收治的77例膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组。对照组57例,实施常规护理;试验组20例,实施优质护理干预。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果:试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术后患者中的应用效果显著,能够降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量与护理满意度,建议推广。Objective:To explore the effect of quality care in patients after total cystotomy with ileal substitution of bladder.Methods:Seventy-seven patients admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 after total cystectomy ileal substitution bladder were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method.In the control group,57 cases,conventional care was implemented;in the experimental group,20cases,quality nursing intervention was implemented.The incidence of postoperative complications,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the scores of physical function,psychological function,material life and social function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality care in patients after total cystotomy ileal substitution of bladder is effective,can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and is recommended to be promoted.
