摘　　要：目的:探讨健康人群与血液净化患者的生活质量差异。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月柳州市人民医院维持性血液透析患者74例作为观察组,将同期30例健康受试者作为对照组。比较两组生活质量、焦虑与抑郁情绪状况、心功能、白蛋白及血红蛋白水平。结果:观察组精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、活力、生理功能、生理职能、总体健康评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表与汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组左室射血分数水平低于对照组,室间隔、左心室内径、左心房内径、左心室后壁、血浆脑钠肽水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白蛋白、血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与健康人群相比,血液净化患者存在一定焦虑、抑郁情绪,其心功能减退,具有贫血及营养不良情况,患者的生活质量降低。Objective:To investigate the difference of quality of life between healthy people and patients with blood purification.Methods:A total of 74 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in Liuzhou People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.Quality of life,anxiety and depression,cardiac function,albumin and hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The mental health,emotional function,social function,physical pain,vitality,physiological function,physiological function and overall health scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hamilton anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular blood fraction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the ventricular septum,left ventricular diameter,left atrial diameter,left ventricular posterior wall and plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of albumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the healthy population,the patients with blood purification have some anxiety,depression,reduced heart function,anemia and malnutrition,and the quality of life of the patients is reduced.
