摘　　要：科学性评价我国服务贸易水平,适应性调整相应策略以快速提升我国服务贸易国际竞争力,是实现中国两个一百年目标重要抓手。基于国际市场占有率(MS)、贸易竞争优势指数(TC)、显示性比较优势指数(RCA)、显示性竞争优势指数(CA)、净出口显示性比较优势指数(NRCA)五个评价指标对2019年世界服务贸易进出口额前十国家进行竞争力数据分析,进而以迈克尔·波特的钻石模型为理论基础,使用世界上88个国家2000-2019年的跨国面板数据进行实证检验。结果显示,我国服务贸易国际竞争力依然与其他国家存在差距,而只有通过扩大服务业市场开放度、发挥产业间的联动效应、扩大国内服务需求、创新驱动促进服务行业的发展才能缩小差距并实现超越。Scientifically evaluating the level of our country's service trade,and adapting corresponding strategies to rapidly improve our country's international competitiveness in service trade have become an important starting point for achieving Chinese two centenary goals.Based on the five evaluation indicators of international market share(MS),trade competitive advantage index(TC),revealed comparative advantage index(RCA),revealed competitive advantage index(CA),net export revealed comparative advantage index(NRCA),the competitiveness data of the top ten countries in the world's service trade import and export volume in 2019 is analyzed,and then based on Michael Porter's diamond model,the empirical test is carried out using transnational panel data of 88 countries in the world from 2000 to 2019.The results show that there is still a gap between our country's international competitiveness in service trade and that of other countries.Only by expanding the openness of the service industry market,exerting the linkage effect between industries,expanding domestic service demand,and promoting the development of the service industry through innovationcan the gap can be narrowed and transcenden can be achieved.
