摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情给高校统一战线工作带来严峻挑战,探析新形势下高校统一战线工作的现状和路径是充分发挥统一战线法宝作用的重要内容。文章从新形势下高校统战工作面临的精神凝聚与主体多元、意识形态侵占与斗争、场域迁移与信息化交互的现实境遇三个维度出发,提出了构建精神共同体,寻求内在共鸣;构建政治共同体,建立政治同盟;构建命运共同体,发挥智库作用等实践路径,旨在对提升高校统一战线工作的凝聚力作用提供新的思路。The COVID-19 Epidemic has brought severe challenges to the work of the United Front in colleges and universities.To explore and analyze the current situation and approaches of the united front work in colleges and universities under the new epidemic situation is essential to putting the magic effect of the United Front into full play.Based on the three dimensions of realistic conditions the work of the United Front in colleges and universities is facing,which are“spiritual cohesion and subject pluralism”,“ideological encroachment and struggle”and“field migration and information interaction”,this paper puts forward three practical routes:establishing a spiritual community to seek inner resonance,establishing a political community to form political alliance,and establishing a community of destiny to fulfil the role of Think Tanks.Therefore,this paper presents a new approach to enhance the cohesion of the United Front work in colleges and universities.
