革命遗址保护利用标准化建设研究——以安徽铜陵为例

摘　　要：革命遗址是重要的红色资源,标准化建设是保护好、利用好革命遗址的基础性工作。对革命遗址普查建档、评估认定、保存保护、展示利用、教育传播等一系列工作都需要制定完善的工作规范,形成完整的标准化体系。通过梳理铜陵市革命遗址保护的现状、问题与不足,依照革命遗址保护的形式类别、业务流程、标准层次三维结构形成革命遗址保护标准体系生成模型,交互对应形成革命遗址保护标准化体系框架。从完善组织领导机制和健全各项制度、革命遗址的认定评估标准化、修缮保护标准化、展示利用标准化、管理服务标准化五个方面对革命遗址保护标准化体系的构建路径进行阐述。Revolutionary sites are important red resources,and standardized construction is the basic work to protect and make good use of revolutionary sites.For a series of work such as census and archives,evaluation and identification,preservation and protection,display and utilization,and education and dissemination of revolutionary sites,it is necessary to formulate perfect work norms and form a complete standardization system.By sorting out the status quo,problems and deficiencies of the protection of revolutionary sites in Tongling City,the generation model of the revolutionary site protection standard system is formed according to the form categories,business processes,and standard-level three-dimensional structure of the revolutionary site protection,and the framework of the revolutionary site protection standardization system is formed interactively.The construction path of the standardization system for the protection of revolutionary sites is expounded from five aspects:improving the organization and leadership mechanism and various systems,standardizing the identification and evaluation of revolutionary sites,standardizing the repair and protection of revolutionary sites,standardizing the display and utilization of revolutionary sites,and standardizing the management services of revolutionary sites.
