摘  要:工科行业特色型高校理科人才培养“危”“机”并存,为解决“卡脖子”问题,基于STEM教育理念,文章提出人才培养的核心理念与改革思路,并以河海大学为例,探索出人才培养“五位一体”的改革模式:按照“模块化、分阶段培养”的指导思想,树立为行业与新兴科技领域输送“拔尖创新、交叉融合”型理科人才的培养目标,确定了“融合、共享、实践”的培养理念,创新实践了“教育教学双轨并行”的实施机制,人才培养改革初见成效。"Challenges"and"opportunities"coexist in the cultivation of science professionals in industry-specific universities.To solve the"bottleneck"problem of basic sciences,and based on the STEM education concept,this research proposes the core concepts and reform ideas for the cultivation of science professionals in engineering-industry-specific universities.In this research,Hohai University will be taken as an example to explore the"Five-in-One"reform model of talent cultivation.Under the guidance of"modularized and phased cultivation",the cultivation of"top-notch innovative and cross-integrated"science professionals for the industry and emerging technology fields will be set as the ultimate goal.Moreover,the talent cultivation concept of"integration,sharing and practice"has been confirmed and the talent cultivation mechanism of"parallel implementation of education and teaching"has been practiced.Consequently,the talent cultivation reform has produced some impressive results.
