细毛羊育成期年度性状研究分析

摘  要:本文主要针对甘肃省绵羊繁育技术推广站2000至2020年育成期所有羊只展开论述。性状研究分析所用到的育种数据统计方法主要有vf、excel、spss,三种方法相结合,根据需求灵活使用。将体侧毛长、体重、污毛量、净毛量、净毛率、纤维直径等主要性状数据变化开展具体研究分析。根据统计分析结果显示,总体趋势经历了一个起伏波动的改进过程,从先前的下降再到后来的回升,改进幅度较显明。结果表明:育成公羊的体侧毛长、体重、污毛量、净毛量虽有下降,但不难看出,总体趋势是逐步上长的趋势;羊毛纤维直径从2000开始全群检测以来稳步改进,总体改进4μm;净毛率从2000年的46.4%提高到2020年的50.29%,改进幅度较显明。育成母羊的体侧羊毛长度总体上有所降低,从总趋势看经历了先降后升的过程;羊毛细度支数从2000年的平均65.5支提高到2020年的71.69支;周岁体重从2000年的平均38.31kg提高到2020年的40.25 kg;羊毛纤维直径从2000年的平均19.96μm,下降到2020年的17.65μm,改进2.31μm;羊毛平均纤维直径变异系数从2000年的23.48%下降到2020年的20.47%,总体改进3个百分点;污毛量从2000年的4.5 kg下降到2020年的4.02 kg;净毛率总体提高13.88个百分点,通过换算而得的净毛量提高0.34 kg。每个性状的变化都存在着相关性,通过改进提高,从而达到选育提高的目的。This paper mainly discusses all the sheep in the breeding period from 2000 to 2020 in the Sheep Breeding Technology Extension Station of Gansu Province.The statistical methods of breeding data used in trait research and analysis mainly include VF,Excel,SPSS.Combine the three methods and use them flexibly according to your needs.We conduct specific research and analysis on the changes in main traits such as body hair length,weight,dirty hair volume,net hair volume,net hair rate,and fiber diameter.According to the results of statistical analysis,the overall trend has undergone a fluctuating improvement process,from the previous decline to the subsequent recovery,the improvement is more obvious.The results show that although the side hair length,body weight,dirty hair amount,and net hair amount of bred rams have decreased,it is not difficult to see that the overall trend is a gradual upward trend;the wool fiber diameter has been steadily improved since the whole group was tested in 2000,the overall improvement is 4μm;the net gross rate has increased from 46.4%in 2000 to 50.29%in 2020,and the improvement is obvious.The length of wool on the side of the bred ewes has generally decreased,and has experienced a process of first decreasing and then increasing from the general trend;the wool fineness has increased from an average of 65.5 in 2000 to 71.69 in 2020;The average value of 38.31 kg in 2000 increased to 40.25 kg in 2020;the wool fiber diameter decreased from an average of 19.96μm in 2000 to 17.65μm in 2020,an improvement of 2.31μm;the average fiber diameter coefficient of wool decreased from 23.48%in 200020.47%by 2020,an overall improvement of 3percentage points;the amount of dirty wool dropped from 4.5kg in 2000 to 4.02kg in 2020;the overall net gross rate increased by 13.88 percentage points,and the net gross volume obtained through conversion increased by 0.34kg.There is a correlation between the changes of each character,which can be improved through improvement,so as to achieve the purpose of improving br
