一例犬传染性性病肿瘤的诊治

摘　　要：6岁雌性未绝育家养贵宾犬,发现阴道内有肿物,阴道流血就诊。采用血常规、血生化和肿物病理切片等的检查方法进行诊断。结果表明:该犬患有传染性性病肿瘤,经手术与长春新碱化疗相结合的治疗方案连续治疗4周,病症痊愈,回访未见病情复发。长春新碱对犬传染性性病肿瘤有良好的治疗效果。In a 6-year-old female intact domestic poodle, we presented with an intravaginal mass. Vaginal bleeding is diagnosed by blood routine, blood biochemistry, and tumor pathological sections. The results indicated that the dog had a contagious venereal tumor. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment with the combination of surgery and vincristine chemotherapy, the disease was cured, and no recurrence was found in a follow-up visit. Vincristine has a good therapeutic effect on canine infectious venereal tumors.
