摘 要:以拉普拉斯方程为理论基础建立液桥三维外观轮廓的理论模型,计算水平狭缝中液桥的形貌特征参数和毛细力.将理论计算结果与实验结果、有限元软件仿真结果对比,得到了很好的一致性,证明了该模型的正确有效性.计算结果表明扎钉角随着间距的增加而增大,毛细力的大小与狭缝的高度宽度比和接触角密切相关.此外详细分析了(受限空间)狭缝中液桥形貌随着间距的变化与(不受限空间)典型液桥模型形貌变化规律不同的原因.Based on the Laplace’s equation, a theoretical model of the three-dimensional appearance profile of the liquid bridge is established, and the morphological characteristic parameters and capillary forces of the liquid bridge in the horizontal slit are calculated. The theoretical calculation results are compared with the experimental results and the finite element software simulation results, and a good agreement is obtained, which proves the correctness and validity of the model. The calculation results show that the stitching angle increases with the increase of the spacing, and the capillary force is closely related to the height-width ratio of the slit and the contact angle. In addition, the reasons for the different morphologies of the liquid bridge in the(confined space) slit with the change of the spacing are analyzed in detail.
