基于《伤寒杂病论》探析干燥综合征口干证治

摘　　要：干燥综合征属于中医学“燥痹”范畴。《伤寒杂病论》被称为“医方之祖”,对于临床治疗具有指导意义。该文通过对其中与干燥综合征相关的口干、口渴等条文整理分析,发现其病机主要归纳为津液输布失常和阴液亏虚两方面,故该文从这两个方面将条文梳理,论述不同的病机、治法及方药,并结合相关的临床验案报道,加深对经典的理解,以期为临床诊治干燥综合征提供新思路,提高中医药的临床疗效。Sjogren’s syndrome belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine category of“dryness Bi”. Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases is called“the ancestor of medical prescriptions”,which has guiding significance for clinical treatment. We find that the main pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome is summarized as two aspects:abnormal fluid delivery and deficiency of Yin fluid by analyzing the articles related to oral dryness and thirst. So we review the articles from these two aspects to discuss the different pathogenesis,treatment methods,prescriptions and combine the related clinical case reports to deepen the understanding of the classics,so as to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome and improve the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
