基于数据挖掘中药灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症中药灌肠方组方配伍规律。方法 检索CNKI、WangFang Date、VIP数据库建库至2021年8月17日报道的中药灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症的文献,通过频数统计、关联规则、聚类分析等数据挖掘的方法进行分析。结果 最终筛选获得文献302篇,中药灌肠方剂305首,涉及156味中药,以活血化瘀药及清热药最多;药性以温、平、寒为主,药味以苦、辛、甘为主,主归肝经、胆经和心经;关联规则分析发现11味核心药物;聚类分析得到6个聚类。结论 中药灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症,以活血化瘀药、清热药物为主,用药规律符合疾病的证候特点,值得临床运用。Objective To study the medication rule of Chinese herbal medicine enema for treatment of endometriosis. Methods The clinical research literature on Chinese herbal medicine enema for endometriosis of CNKI,VIP,WanFang were collected and screened until August 18,2021. With the help of frequency statistics,association rules analysis,system clustering techniques,the administration rules of prescriptions in those medical cases were analyzed. Results A total of 302 prescriptions were screened out,305 symptoms were found,and 156 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine involved. The most frequencies were the drugs of activating-blood and clearing-heat. In terms of drug properties,warm,flat,and cold drugs were mostly used.The drug flavor is mainly bitter,pungent,and sweet,which mainly belong to the liver,gallbladder and heart channels. A total of 11 core drugs were obtained through association rules analysis,and 6 cluster formulas were obtained through cluster analysis. Conclusion The treatment of endometriosis by Chinese herbal medicine enema,is mainly the drugs of activating-blood and clearing-heat,drug use law in line with the characteristics of disease syndrome,it is worth using in clinical practice.
