玉屏风散临床治疗肾病综合征的应用及机制研究进展

摘　　要：肾病综合征(nephrotic syndrome,NS)是以大量蛋白尿、高脂血症、高度水肿和低蛋白血症为其主要临床特点的常见肾内科疾病,可导致感染、血栓、栓塞及急性肾衰竭等不良后果。中医在肾病综合征的治疗中有其独特的临床优势,玉屏风散能够有效治疗肾病综合征的免疫功能失调,改善高脂血症,降低蛋白尿,消除水肿,以及对于糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂引起的免疫功能低下、易感染、脂代谢紊乱等症状都有明显的改善作用。对于肾病综合征的治疗玉屏风散全程使用,既可以有效地控制病情,缓解激素及免疫抑制剂的不良反应,还可以有效减少感染降低复发率改善预后。文章归纳总结近年来玉屏风散治疗肾病综合征的临床应用及药理作用和化学成分的研究,为玉屏风散对肾病综合征的治疗和进一步开发应用提供理论依据和参考资料。Nephrotic syndrome(NS)is characterized by massive proteinuria,hyperlipidemia,severe edema and hypoproteinemia.NS is a common renal disease,which can lead to infection,thrombosis,embolism and acute renal failure.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique clinical advantages in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Yupingfeng Powder(玉屏风散)can effectively regulate immune dysfunction and hyperlipidemia of nephrotic syndrome,reduce proteinuria,eliminate edema,and significantly improve the symptoms such as easy infection and lipid metabolism disorder caused by glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants.For the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,the whole course use of Yupingfeng Powder can not only effectively control the disease,alleviate the side effects of hormones and immunosuppressants,but also effectively reduce infection,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the recovery.To provide theoretical basis and reference materials for the treatment and further development and application of Yupingfeng Powder on nephrotic syndrome,this paper summarized and analyzed the pharmacological effect,chemical composition and clinical application of Yupingfeng Powder in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in recent years.
