摘　　要：In Tibet,there are about 30specialists who are embarking full time on the restoration of ancient Tibetan classics.Among them,only a few are senior specialists in this particular professional field.As per most people’s impressions,those engaged in such delicate,complicated,and tedious work justhave to be old,inflexibly rigid,and more than likely female.
