经典名方金水六君煎物质基准的薄层鉴别方法学研究

摘　　要：目的:建立经典名方金水六君煎物质基准中熟地黄、炙甘草和生姜的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,以5-羟甲基糠醛为对照品,建立金水六君煎中熟地黄的薄层鉴别方法;以甘草苷和甘草对照药材为对照,建立金水六君煎中甘草的薄层鉴别方法;以6-姜辣素为对照品,建立金水六君煎中生姜的薄层鉴别方法,并对其进行方法学验证。结果:熟地黄、炙甘草和生姜的薄层鉴别方法,具有斑点清晰、分离度好、阴性无干扰的特点,薄层方法学考察结果良好。结论:该方法操作简便、结果可靠、重复性好,可作为熟地黄、炙甘草和生姜的鉴别方法,用于金水六君煎物质基准的质量控制。Objective:To establish TLC identification methods of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Honey-roasted Licorice and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens in the material reference of classical Jinshui Liujun Decoction(JLD).Methods:TLC method for the identification of Rehmanniaglutinosa in JLD was established by using 5-hydroxymethylfurfural as the reference substance;A TLC method was established for the identification of Glycyrrhiza uralensis in JLD with Liquiritin and Glycyrrhiza uralensis as the control;With 6-gingerol as the reference substance,a TLC identification method of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens in JLD was established.The methods were verified.Results:The TLC identification method of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Honey-roasted Licorice and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,has the characteristics of clear spots,good resolution and no interference.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple operation,reliable results and good repeatability.It can be used as the identification method of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Honey-roasted Licorice and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,and can be used for the quality control of the material reference of JLD.
