穴位埋线法联合硝酸甘油软膏治疗气滞血瘀型Ⅱ期肛裂临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线法联合硝酸甘油软膏治疗气滞血瘀型Ⅱ期肛裂的临床治疗效果。方法:纳入2019年2月至2019年12月厦门市中医院肛肠科门诊诊断为气滞血瘀型Ⅱ期肛裂的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用穴位埋线法联合硝酸甘油软膏治疗,对照组采用单纯硝酸甘油软膏治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程,以1周为1疗程,比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为86.48%,对照组总有效率为74.28%,两组总体疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组便血、便后疼痛程度评分及便秘症状严重程度、停止治疗1月后复发情况均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线法联合硝酸甘油软膏的临床疗效优于单纯硝酸甘油软膏治疗,其临床疗效稳定,短期复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint catenet embedding method combined with nitroglycerin ointment in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type Ⅱ anal fissure.Methods:From February 2019 to December 2019,80 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type Ⅱ anal fissure diagnosed in the outpatient department of the Anorectal Department of Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were included,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding method combined with nitroglycerin ointment,and the control group was treated with nitroglycerin ointment alone.Both groups were treated with 2 courses of treatment,one week as a course of treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results:The total effective rate was 86.48% in the observation group and 74.28% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The scores of blood in stool,pain after defecation,severity of constipation symptoms and recurrence after one month of treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with nitroglycerin ointment is better than that of pure nitroglycerin ointment.Its clinical efficacy is stable and short-term recurrence rate is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
