摘　　要：生殖系统疾病作为临床常见病,严重影响人们的健康、工作及生活。通过三则医话记述阮诗玮教授临证经验,概述男女生殖系统疾病,归纳肾病女子妊娠、女子经量过少及男子阳痿等疾病临床验案,总结阮教授诊治该类疾病的临床思路及辨证方法,为中医药治疗该类疾病开拓思路,以期对临床实践有所裨益。Reproductive system diseases,as a common clinical diseases,seriously affect people\s health,work and life.Through three medical description Ruan Shiwei professor clinical experience,overview of men and women\s reproductive system diseases,inductive kidney disease women pregnancy,women menstruction too little and men impotence disease clinical examination,summarizes professor Ruan clinical diagnosis and treatment of the diseases and syndrome differentiation method,for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of such disease,in order to benefit to clinical practice.
