摘　　要：以“绣球风”“肾脏风”“肾脏风疮”“肾囊风”等相应名词检索古籍文献,从病名沿革、病因病机、中医内治、中医外治、针灸治疗等方面探讨阴囊湿疹在中医古籍文献中的古法治疗。通过对阴囊湿疹中医古代文献中的病因病机、辨证论治、特色内外治疗等进行系统整理,探寻阴囊湿疹的中医治疗特色。旨在古法今用,在传承的基础上创新,发挥祖国医学的治疗优势,更有效地指导临床。This article mainly explores the ancient treatment of scrotum eczema in the ancient texts of traditional Chinese medicine.It is mainly explained from the aspects of disease name evolution,etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and acupuncture treatment.Ancient literature was retrieved by corresponding terms such as“hydrangea wind”“Kidney organs wind”“kidney organs wind sores”“Kidney sac wind”,etc.Through the systematic collation of the etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical treatment,characteristic internal and external treatment in the ancient literature of scrotal eczema in the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine,the ancient treatment of scrotal eczema is explored.Now use the previous methods,more effective guidance for clinical treatment,give play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,innovate on the basis of inheritance,and explore the characteristic advantages of medicine in the motherland.
