舌下含化脱敏治疗过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘患儿的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨舌下含化脱敏治疗过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月枣庄市妇幼保健院儿科收治的过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘患儿82例观察对象,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予舌下含化脱敏治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、病情恢复情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组症状评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘患儿舌下含化脱敏治疗,可提高患儿治疗效果,控制病情进展,改善症状。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of sublingual desensitization in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis combined with asthma.Methods:82 observation cases of children with allergic rhinitis combined with asthma admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,41 cases each,according to the random lottery method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given sublingual desensitization treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and recovery of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sublingual desensitization therapy for children with allergic rhinitis combined with asthma can improve the treatment effect,control the progress of the disease and improve the symptoms.
