视频宣教法在直肠癌患者术前访视中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨视频宣教法在直肠癌患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10-12月山西省肿瘤医院收治的择期手术直肠癌患者100例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予传统术前访视,观察组给予视频宣教法术前访视,比较两组患者血压、心率、心理状态及患者满意度。结果:观察组收缩压增加>20 mmHg、心率增加>10次/min和心理状态异常发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视频宣教法术前访视可有效缓解直肠癌患者紧张、恐惧情绪,降低患者血压、心率波动,提高患者对手术室的护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of video missionary method in the preoperative visit of rectal cancer patients.Methods:100 cases of elective surgical rectal cancer patients admitted to Shanxi Cancer Hospital from October to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method,50 cases each.The control group was given the traditional preoperative visit,and the observation group was given the preoperative visit by video missionary method.The blood pressure,heart rate,psychological status and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of systolic blood pressure increase>20 mmHg,heart rate increase>10 beats/min and abnormal psychological status in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preoperative visit of video missionary method can effectively relieve the tension and fear of rectal cancer patients,reduce the fluctuation of patients'blood pressure and heart rate,and improve patients'satisfaction with the nursing care in the operating room.
