摘  要:近年来,利用二甲胺(DMA)阳离子来改善钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)及光电器件的性能引起了学者们的广泛关注。在钙钛矿前驱体溶液中添加半径较大的A位阳离子DMA,已被证明可以提高卤化物PSCs及光电器件的性能和长期运行稳定性。为了更好地了解这些改进的起源,本文综述了在钙钛矿前驱体溶液中添加DMA后,甲胺(MA)、甲脒(FA)、Cs、Pb和混合卤化物钙钛矿的薄膜结构、组成和光学性质的变化,并且对DMA离子在改善各种类型的PSCs和光电器件性能的作用进行了梳理,以期能够为将来的研究提供一些指导建议。In recent years,using dimethylamine cations(DMA)to improve the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)and photoelectric devices has attracted widespread attention.The addition of DMA,an A-site cation with a larger radius,to the perovskite precursor solution has been proved to be able to improve the performance and long-term operational stability of halide PSCs and photoelectric devices.To better understand the origin of these improvements,this paper reviews the changes in film structure,composition and optical properties of methylamine(MA)formamidine(FA),Cs,Pb and mixed halide perovskite after the addition of DMA to the perovskite growth solution.And the role of DMA ions in improving the performance of various types of PSCs and photoelectric devices is sorted out.It is hoped that this review can provide some guiding suggestions for future research.
