摘 要:挥发性有机物(Volatile organic compounds,VOCs)对人类身体健康和自然生态环境都存在一定的威胁,控制VOCs排放势在必行。吸附法因在处理VOCs时具有低成本、操作简便和处理效率高等优点而受到广泛关注。非碳基的分子筛材料不仅具有与活性炭相近的VOCs吸附容量,同时克服了活性炭加热再生时的着火、爆炸等安全问题,是十分具有潜力的吸附剂材料。吸附剂的比表面积和孔道结构对其VOCs吸附性能有着重要的影响。在本工作中,以甲苯为探针分子,通过测定不同有序介孔材料与传统微孔沸石分子筛ZSM-5的动态吸附曲线,并结合Yoon-Nelson方程,探究吸附剂的结构参数对其VOCs吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,样品的甲苯吸附容量受到样品中微孔的影响,而样品的甲苯吸附速率常数则主要受到样品总孔容和孔径的影响。Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)threaten human body health and the ecological environment.Thus,it is essential to control VOCs emission.Adsorption has drawn much attention because of its low cost,easy operation and high efficiency.Non-carbonaceous molecular sieves not only exhibit VOCs adsorption capacity comparable to activated carbon,but also overcome the security problems during the heating regeneration of activated carbon such as fire or explosion,proving to be promising adsorption materials.The specific surface area and the pore structure of the materials have a significant effect on their VOCs adsorption performance.In this work,taking toluene as the probe VOCs,dynamic toluene adsorption measurements of several ordered mesoporous molecular sieves and conventional ZSM-5 were conducted,and the experimental data was fitted by the Yoon-Nelson equation to investigate the effect of textual property of the samples on their VOCs adsorption performance.The results show that the micropores greatly influenced the toluene adsorption capacity of the samples,while the toluene adsorption rate was influenced by the total pore volume and pore size of the samples.
