摘 要:以煤矸石作为水泥胶砂试件的活性混合材料,采用胶砂强度法对比研究机械活化、化学活化、复合活化后煤矸石对胶砂试件物理力学性能的影响。通过3因素3水平的正交试验设计分析化学活化中各化学试剂掺量的最优组合。采用电镜扫描(SEM)与X射线衍射仪(XRD)对复合活化后的煤矸石胶砂试件进行微观形貌分析与物相组成分析。结果表明:煤矸石机械活化优势主要体现在胶砂试件养护早期,化学活化优势主要体现在养护后期,而将机械、化学活化结合起来的复合活化在不降低早期强度的基础上提高了后期强度;复合活化后煤矸石胶砂试件内部先后形成了钙矾石(AFt)、C-S-H凝胶等水化产物,进一步说明了复合活化激发了煤矸石的潜在活性,煤矸石与水泥浆体发生“火山灰效应”;化学试剂无水硫酸钠(Na_(2)SO_(4))对胶砂试件早期、中期强度影响较大,而石膏(CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O)对胶砂试件后期强度影响较大。In this work,coal gangue was used as the active mixture of cement mortar specimens.The mechanical,chemical and composite activation of coal gangue on physical and mechanical properties of mortar specimens by mortar strength method.The orthogonal experimental design of three factors and three levels were used to study the optimal combination of the dosage of each chemical reagent.The phase composition and micro morphology of mortar specimens after composite activation were observed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).And the result shows that the advantages of mechanical activation of coal gangue are mainly reflected in the early age,and the advantages of chemical activation are mainly reflected in the later age,and the composite activation promoted the late strength without reducing the early strength;the hydration products ettringite(AFt),C-S-H gels will be generated in mortar specimens after composite activation,it further shows that the composite activation stimulates the potential activity of coal gangue,the‘pozzolanic effect’occurred between activated coal gangue and cement mortar;the chemical reagent Na_(2)SO_(4)has a great influence on the early and middle strength of mortar specimens,while gypsum has a great influence on the later strength of mortar specimens.
