摘  要:近年来,超音速火焰喷涂作为表面工程中的一项重要技术,在表面工程领域中的研究和应用取得巨大进展的同时,也为延长零件的服役寿命和提高零件的综合性能做出重要的贡献。采用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备的WC-Co系涂层在零件的耐磨、抗腐蚀方面发挥着重要作用。本文重点归纳了超音速火焰喷涂制备WC-Co系涂层过程中缺陷形成的机理、缺陷对涂层性能的影响以及涂层微观组织结构的调控方法,为提高超音速火焰喷涂WC-Co系涂层的质量、拓宽该涂层的应用领域提供一定的参考。In recent years,as an important technology in surface engineering,supersonic flame spraying has made great contributiozizins to increasing the life of parts and improving comprehensive performance of parts and equipment while making great progress in surface engineering.The WC-Co coating prepared by supersonic flame spraying technology plays an important role in the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of parts.In this review,the mechanism of defect formation and its influence on properties of WC-Co coating prepared by supersonic flame spraying are summarized,and the control methods of microstructure and structure of coating are introduced,which can provide some reference for improving the quality of WC-Co coating prepared by supersonic flame spraying and broadening the application field of the coating.
