摘  要:为了快速预测蜂窝夹层板的平压强度,基于商用铝蜂窝夹层板几何参数,建立了与典型平压强度数据一致性良好的仿真模型,分析了厚跨比、胞元边长、蜂窝芯厚度、基材屈服强度对蜂窝夹层板平压强度的影响,进而确定了对平压强度有显著影响的因素。采用分段拟合的方法得到蜂窝夹层板的平压强度预测公式,并利用平压试验对预测公式进行验证。结果表明,采用分段拟合的蜂窝夹层板平压强度预测公式的预测值与试验结果的相对误差最大为1.7%,满足工程应用精度,该方法能够用于预测蜂窝夹层板的平压强度。研究成果可为实际工程中快速预测蜂窝夹层板的平压强度提供参考。To predict the flat compression strength of honeycomb sandwich panels quickly,based on the geometric parameters of commercial aluminum honeycomb sandwich panels,a FEM model with good agreement with the typical data was established.The influence of thickness-to-length ratio,length of cell wall,core thickness and yield strength of base material on flat compression strength of honeycomb sandwich panel were analyzed.And the factors that have significant influence on the flat compression strength were determined.The flat compression strength prediction formula of honeycomb sandwich panel were obtained through subsection fitting method,and the prediction formula was verified by the flat compression test.The results showed that the maximal relative error between the predicted value of the flat compression strength prediction formula and the test results is 1.7%,which meets the engineering application accuracy and can be used to predict the flat compression strength of honeycomb sandwich panels.The results of the study can provide a reference for rapid prediction of the flat compressive strength of honeycomb sandwich panels in practical engineering.
