摘  要:本工作通过加入适量的Bi元素,采用传统的板坯高温加热工艺,提高冷轧压下率至90%制造出薄规格超高磁感取向硅钢,成品厚度为0.23 mm,磁感值(B_(800))不低于1.95 T,并通过分析关键工序的组织、织构及第二相析出行为,探讨了整卷成品铁损值稳定及磁感值高的原因。结果表明,各工序中取向硅钢的组织、织构演变规律与传统研究结果一致,热轧、常化后其以复合物析出为主,脱碳退火后存在含Bi的复合物析出和单质析出,加入适量的Bi可增强初次再结晶和二次再结晶退火过程中的抑制力,保证最终形成完善的二次再结晶组织、织构,获得更高的高斯取向度。Iased on traditional high-temperature slab reheating process,the thin-gauge grain-oriented silicon steel(0.23 mm thickness)with ultra-high permeability was produced by adding a proper amount of Bi and increasing the reduction rate of cold-rolled plate to 90%.The causes of final product with stable core loss values and higher magnetic induction values(B_(800)≥1.95 T)were investigated by analyzing the microstructures,textures and precipitation behavior of precipitates during key processes.Results showed that the evolution rules of microstructures and textures in this study were consistent with traditional research results.The precipitates after hot rolling and normalizing process were mainly complex precipitates.The single and complex precipitates containing Bi element were found only after decarburization process.Therefore,the formed precipitates containing Bi element could strengthen the inhibiting ability of inhibitors during primary and secondary recrystallization annealing,which would ensure the final product with perfect secondary recrystallization microstructure,texture and higher orientation degree of Goss.
