摘 要:传统的荧光生色团在聚集之后会发生荧光猝灭(ACQ)现象,这对于荧光物质的应用来说是一个难题;而具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)现象的荧光分子则与之相反,因此在近些年来被广泛研究。相较于AIE小分子,AIE聚合物更能满足多样化的应用需求,但其具有细胞毒性高、水溶性差和生物降解困难等缺点。于是通过将具有亲水性质的基团与AIE基团进行共聚,得到了具有良好水溶性的两亲性AIE共聚物,这种共聚物不仅具有良好的生物成像功能,还具有药物携带和物质检测等作用。因此,它们作为一种多功能的可视化探针在生物学和生物化学的研究中具有潜在的应用价值。本文从外界的影响因素出发,较系统地总结了近年来具有AIE效应的两亲性聚合物的发光性能,并简单地介绍其应用研究,最后对其在化学与生物传感领域的应用前景进行了展望。The aggregation causes quenching(ACQ)phenomenon occurs after the aggregation of traditional fluorescent chromophoires,which is a difficult problem for the application of fluorescent substances.On the contrary,the fluorescent molecules with aggregation-induced emission(AIE)have been widely studied in recent years.Compared with AIE small molecules,the AIE polymers can meet more diversified application requirements,but they have some disadvantages such as high cytotoxicity,poor water solubility and difficult biodegradation.Therefore,the amphiphilic AIE copolymers with good water solubility were obtained by copolymerization of the hydrophilic group and the AIE group.This copolymers not only have a good biological imaging function,but also play the role of drug delivery and substance detection.Therefore,as a multifunctional visual probe,they have potential application value in biological and biochemical research.In this paper,the luminescence properties of amphiphilic polymers with AIE effect in recent years are systematically summarized from the external influencing factors,and the application research of amphiphilic polymers is briefly introduced.Finally,the application prospect of amphiphilic polymers in the field of chemical and biological sensing is prospectively discussed.
