摘 要:缓释型聚羧酸减水剂可控制减水剂分子对水泥颗粒的分散作用进程,并在一定时间内持续分散水泥颗粒,有效缓解混凝土坍落度经时损失过快的问题,使混凝土拌和物在长时间内具备良好的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能。本文综述了近年来缓释型聚羧酸减水剂的研究进展,分类介绍了物理缓释型、化学缓释型以及物理/化学双重缓释型聚羧酸减水剂的结构、性能及作用机理,并对其应用前景进行了展望。Controlled-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer can control the dispersion process on cement particles,and continuously disperse cement particles within a certain period of time,which can effectively overcome the problem of rapid loss of concrete slump and can endow concrete mixture with good working performance,mechanical properties and durability for a long time.In this paper,the research progress of controlled-release polycarboxylate superplasticizers in recent years is reviewed.The structure,property and mechanism of physical slow-release,chemical slow-release and physical/chemical controlled-release polycarboxylate superplasticizers are introduced.The comparison and expectation for them are conducted.
