摘 要:为了改善海藻酸盐纤维的力学性能和生物相容性,通过湿法纺丝法将200 nm的纳米活性炭(ACNP)与海藻酸钠(SA)共混制备ACNP改性的海藻酸钠复合纤维。采用溶胀率、断裂伸长率、断裂应力、生物稳定性和细胞毒性等指标对所制备的ACNP/SA复合纤维进行物理表征和生物性能评价。结果表明,在浓度为2.5%的SA中添加ACNP:SA质量比为2%的ACNP,并在浓度为1.5%的CaCl_(2)凝固浴中湿法纺丝可制备力学性能和生物相容性能最佳的ACNP/SA复合纤维。添加ACNP可改善海藻酸钠纤维沟槽缺陷问题,有助于提高纤维的力学性能。少量(0%~2%)ACNP的加入既有利于改善纤维的亲水性能,又可以提高纤维的力学性能,其断裂伸长率最高提高了80.2%,断裂应力提高了42.5%,避免了纤维溶胀对力学性能的不利影响。2%的ACNP添加量使海藻酸钠纤维具有更好的生物稳定性和更低的细胞毒性。ACNP/SA复合纤维具有良好的力学性能和生物相容性,在医学材料领域具有开发和应用价值。In order to improve the mechanical properties and biocompatibility of alginate fiber,the modified alginate composite fiber was prepared by wetspinning process with 200 nm activated carbon nanoparticles(ACNP)and sodium alginate(SA).The ACNP/SA composite fibers were characterized by swelling ratio,elongation at break,stability and cytotoxicity.The results showed that ACNP/SA composite fiber with the best mechanical and biocompatible properties could be prepared by adding 2%ACNP(with respect to the mass of SA)to 2.5%SA and wet spinning in 1.5%w/v CaCl_(2)coagulation bath.The addition of ACNP can improve groove defects of sodium alginate fiber,which is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of the fiber.The addition of a small amount of ACNP(0%—2%)is beneficial to the hydrophilicity and mechanical property of the fiber.The elongation at break is increased by 80.2%and the fracture stress is increased by 42.5%,which avoids the adverse effect of swelling on the mechanical properties.The addition of 2%ACNP can promote the alginate fiber to have better biological stability and lower cytotoxicity.ACNP/SA composite fiber has good mechanical properties and biocompatibility,and it is worthy of a further research in the field of medical materials.
