摘 要:为了减小增粘剂(VMA)对减水剂初始吸附的干扰,利用酯基对聚丙烯酰胺类增粘剂进行改性,制备出一种增粘保水效果优良的增粘剂。以丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甘醇马来酸双酯为主要原料,合成一种酯基改性PAM增粘剂。利用红外光谱对聚合物分子结构和成分进行表征。并通过总有机碳吸附(TOC)和Zeta电位等手段分析了聚合物在水泥净浆的吸附行为。结果表明,酯基改性聚丙烯酰胺增粘剂的加入会增加水泥颗粒之间的桥接作用,增加浆体的内摩擦,提高水泥浆体的塑性粘度,另外,VMA分子上的酯基可以削弱对PCE初始吸附的干扰,使得加入VMA后失效部分的聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)减少,并且在水泥净浆的碱性环境中缓慢水解,并释放出大量羧基,引发高分子交联、吸附等作用,可增加水泥浆体的塑性粘度,改善混凝土滞后离析、泌水等问题。In order to reduce the interference of the viscosifier(VMA)on the initial adsorption of the water reducer,the ester group was used to modify the polyacrylamide type viscosity and a viscosifier with excellent viscosity and water retention effect was prepared.Acrylamide(AM)and diethylene glycol maleic acid diester are the main raw materials to synthesize a ester-based PAM viscosifier.The molecular structure and composition of the polymer were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The adsorption behavior of polymer on cement slurry was analyzed by means of total organic carbon adsorption(TOC)and Zeta potential.The results show that the addition of ester-based PAM VMA will increase the bridging effect between cement particles,increase the internal friction of the slurry,and increase the plastic viscosity of the cement slurry.In addition,the ester group on the viscosifier molecule can weaken the interference to the initial adsorption of PCE,so that the PCE of the failed part after adding the viscosifier is reduced;it is slowly hydrolyzed in the alkaline environment of the cement paste and releases a large number of carboxyl groups,initiating the effects of polymer cross-linking,adsorption,etc.,which can increase the plastic viscosity of cement paste and improve concrete hysteresis and bleeding.
