市售本色纸巾纸与非本色纸巾纸产品质量对比研究

摘　　要：对市售本色纸巾纸和非本色纸巾纸的物理性能、力学性能、微生物要求、可溶性氯化物含量等进行对比,结合红外光谱特征分析,研究两者的质量特点和差异。结果表明,市售样品的产品质量均符合国家标准要求,荧光物质残留、可溶性氯化物含量与是否经漂白处理无关联,造纸工艺中漂白处理工序不会使纸巾纸残留荧光性物质,也不会增加可溶性氯化物含量;本色纸巾纸比非本色纸巾纸更结实、克重高,但杂质多、吸水性差、柔软性差;无论是否进行漂白工艺,成品纸中木素的氧化程度均较高,但仍存在大量不同结构的木素基团。The physical and mechanical properties,microbial requirements,soluble chloride content of natural color tissue paper and non natural color tissue paper on the market were compared,and the quality characteristics and differences between the two were studied by combining infrared spectrum characteristics analysis.The results showed that the product quality of the samples sold in the market all met the requirements of the national standard.The residue of fluorescent substances and the content of soluble chlorides were not related to whether they were bleached or not.The bleaching process in the paper making process would not leave fluorescent substances in the tissues,nor increase the content of soluble chlorides;natural tissue paper is stronger and heavier than non natural tissue paper,but it has more impurities,poor water absorption and softness;whether bleaching or not,the oxidation degree of lignin in finished paper is high,but there are still a large number of lignin groups with different structures.
