摘  要:该文研究考虑动态频率约束的风-光-抽蓄互补发电系统短期优化调度模型。在考虑风电场和光伏电站提供虚拟惯量、下垂控制以及备用的情况下,首先推导了抽蓄电站抽水工况和发电工况下系统的动态频率指标。其次,对比抽蓄电站抽水工况和发电工况下各频率指标的异同并进行聚合,以系统上网电量最大为目标,建立了考虑动态频率约束的风-光-抽蓄互补发电系统短期优化调度模型。最后,仿真分析表明,随着抽蓄机组装机容量的增加,系统上网电量增加,弃风弃光电量大幅减少,提高了风电和光伏的消纳水平;另外,验证了所提模型在增强风-光-抽蓄互补发电系统动态频率响应能力方面的有效性。In this paper,a short-term optimal dispatching model of wind-solar-pumped storage complementary power generation system considering dynamic frequency constraints is studied.Considering the virtual inertia,droop control and reserve provided by wind farms and photovoltaic power stations,the dynamic frequency index of the system under pumping and generation conditions of pumped-storage power station is deduced first.Secondly,the similarities and differences of frequency index under the pumping and generation conditions of the pumped-storage power station are compared and aggregated,and the short-term optimal scheduling model of the wind-solar-pumped storage hybrid power generation system considering the dynamic frequency constraints is established with the goal of maximizing the on-grid power generation of the system.Finally,the simulation analysis shows that with the increase of the installed capacity of the pumped-storage units,the on-grid electricity of the system increases,and the abandoned wind and solar power is greatly reduced,which improves the accommodation level of wind and solar power.In addition,the effectiveness of the proposed model in enhancing the frequency response capability of the system is verified.
