摘 要:针对换流变压器真空有载分接开关电气故障导致油室爆裂的事故,提出采用限定燃弧时间和电弧电流的燃弧试验方法以验证和校核分接开关油室的机械强度。阐述了换流变压器有载分接开关油室试验样机、试验设备、引弧电极、试验防护罩以及检测系统等试验平台的情况,以及燃弧试验过程。通过8次分接开关油室的燃弧试验,验证了在最大电弧能量1.464 MJ、最大电弧功率32.87 MW下改进后的新分接开关油室保持了良好的密封和机械性能,并根据分接开关非电量保护装置的动作特性提出改进非电量保护配置策略的建议。试验研究解决了电弧故障条件下换流变压器真空有载分接开关油室机械强度无试验验证方法的行业难题,为工程人员提供了规范的分接开关油室燃弧试验方法。Aiming at an accident oil chamber burst caused by electrical failure of vacuum on-load tap-changer of a converter transformer,this paper proposes to carry out the arc test using the limited arc time and limited arc current method to verify the mechanical strength of vacuum on-load tap-changer.It describes the test prototype of the on-load tap-changer,the test equipment,arc electrode,the shelter shield and the detection system as well as the test process.Through 8 times of arc tests of the oil chamber of on-load tap-changer,it verifies the sealing and mechanical properties of the new oil chamber of the on-load tap-changer after improvement under the maximum arc energy of 1.464 MJ and the maximum arc power of 32.87 MW.At the same time,suggestions for improving the non-electrical protection strategy of the on-load tap-changer are proposed according to the operating characteristics.The research solves the problem of no verification method for mechanical strength of vacuum on-load tap-changer of the converter transformer under the condition of arc fault,and provides a standard arc test method for engineers.
