摘 要:在全球能源危机和温室效应日趋严峻的当下,煤电领域的节能减排将成为我国“双碳”目标的一个重要焦点,供电煤耗的降低具有重要的意义。为此将交变电磁水处理技术引入煤电机组的加热器和锅炉循环水系统,跟踪监测系统运行的各项参数指标,显示给水母管温度有单调上升趋势,而割管试验结果显示水冷壁管垢量呈下降趋势,表明系统热交换效率得到了提升和改善。通过比对设备安装前后发电机组运行数据,发现节能效果明显,供电煤耗下降1.22 g/kWh,展示交变电磁水处理技术在煤电领域节能减排的重要途径和发展空间。In the current global energy crisis and the increasingly severe global warming,energy saving and emissions reducing in the coal-fired power industries becomes an highlight focus of China's“dual carbon”goal.The reduction of the standard coal consumption rate of power supply is of great significance.Therefore,this paper introduces the alternating electromagnetic water treatment technology into the heater and boiler circulating water system of the coal-fired power plant,tracking and monitoring the working parameters of the system.The parameter indicators show that the temperatures at the water-feeding main pipe increase monotonically as time progresses.Pipe cutting test reveals that the scale amount in the water wall tubes has a downtrend.The phenomena indicate that the heat exchange efficiency of the system has been improved.By comparing the performance testing data of the generator set before and after employing electromagnetic treatment,it is found that the standard coal consumption rate of power supply decreases by 1.22 g/kWh and thus the energy-saving effect is obvious.These results show that the alternating electromagnetic water treatment technology is an important means with development potential for energy saving and emissions reducing for coal-fired power plants.
