摘 要:汽轮机能够稳定地固定在座架上是汽轮机正常运行的保证。通过对工业汽轮机结构的分析,首先给出了一种利用碟形弹簧对汽轮机稳定性进行调整的方法。然后,基于汽缸的结构提出了一种稳定性校核模型。利用该模型可以在机组设计初期完成对汽轮机稳定性的校核,避免机组运行时出现因稳定性不佳需要对管道进行调整的情况。该校核方法区别于常规的NEMA SM 23准则,充分考虑到了汽轮机系统的整体性。实践证明,该校核方法安全有效,满足工程设计要求。Stably fixed on the chassis is the guarantee of the normal operation of the turbine.By analyzing the structure of industrial steam turbine,a method of adjusting the stability of steam turbine by using butterfly spring is presented.Then,a stability checking model based on cylinder structure is proposed.Using this model,the stability of steam turbine can be checked at the initial stage of unit design,so as to avoid the situation that the pipeline needs to be adjusted due to poor stability during unit operation.This nuclear method is different from the conventional NEMA SM 23 criterion and takes full account of the integrity of the turbine system.Practice has proved that the nuclear method is safe and effective and meets the requirements of engineering design.
