摘  要:高压比离心压气机气动负荷高,采用大小叶片的设计方法既能够有效降低叶片载荷,又可以改善流场,增大堵塞区间。为探究分流叶片级数的影响,以某压比为3.5的离心压气机为研究对象,改变分流叶片级数,基于全三元流流动理论对无分流叶片、一级分流叶片和二级分流叶片的流体模型进行分析。无分流叶片时,叶片载荷严重超限,升压能力相对较低。随着分流叶片级数的增加,叶道内的二次流现象得到改善,主叶片前缘激波得到有效抑制,设计点下总压比明显提升。然而,小叶片级数不能无限增加,过多的叶片会加大气流与叶片的摩擦损失,同时使叶轮的加工复杂化,增加生产成本。因此,在综合考虑实际加工和气动性能的前提下,增加分流叶片级数可以作为高压比离心压气机的优化手段。Thecentrifugal compressor withhigh pressure usually havelarge aerodynamic load.The design method of splitter blades can not only effectively reduce the blade load,but also improve the flow field and increase the plugging interval.In order to explore the influence of splitter blade on high-pressure compressor,a centrifugal compressor with a pressure ratio of 3.5 was taken as the research object.By changing the series of splitter blades,the impellerwithout splitters,first-order splitter blades and second-order splitter blades were analyzed based on the full ternary flow theory.When there is no splitter blades,the load on the blade exceeds the limit seriously and the boost capacity is relatively low.With the increase of splitter blades,the secondary flow phenomenon in the blade passage is improved,while the leading edge shock waves of the main blade are effectively suppressed,and the total pressure ratio at the design point is significantly increased.However,the series of small blades cannot be increased indefinitely.Excessive number of blades will easily increase the friction loss between airflow and blades,complicate the machining of impeller,and increase the production cost.Therefore,on the premise of comprehensive consideration of actual machining and aerodynamic performance,increasing the series of splitter blades can be used as an optimization method for high-pressure specific centrifugal compressor.
