核电汽轮机低压末级叶片气动性能数值研究

摘  要:基于CFD数值方法分析了某全转速核电汽轮机低压末级叶片的气动性能。结果表明,随着负荷的降低,容积流量逐渐降低,流场中的流动趋于复杂化,在25.6%负荷工况点,在流道出口延长段出现较为明显的回流涡结构;受到湿度和余速损失等因素的影响,在本文模拟的5个工况中,接近50%负荷工况时气动效率最高。Based on CFD numerical method,the aerodynamic performance of low pressure last stage blade of Tianwan Russian made full speed nuclear power turbine is analyzed.The results show that with the change of load,the volume flow decreases gradually,and the flow in the flow field tends to be more complex.At the working point of 25.6%load,there is an obvious reflux vortex structure at the outlet of the channel extension section.Under the influence of humidity and residual speed loss,in the five operating conditions simulated in this paper,the aerodynamic efficiency is the highest when the load condition is near 50%.
