摘  要:为进一步改善某型对旋风机的性能,将叶尖小翼技术应用到了首级转子。结合延迟分离涡模拟与实验测试的方法,详细研究了吸力面与压力面小翼的作用效果及机制。结果表明,首级转子加载吸力面或压力面小翼对对旋风机的气动性能影响较小,但应用吸力面小翼能够有效降低对旋风机的气动噪声。通过加载吸力面小翼,叶尖泄漏涡偏离壁面发展且强度有所降低,减弱了其与壁面间的干涉作用,叶片表面压力脉动得到有效削弱。In order to improve the performance of a counter-rotating fan,tip winglet is applied on the forward rotor.Based on the delayed detached eddy simulation and experimental measurement,the control effects of suction side and pressure side winglets are analyzed in detail.As a result,application of suction or pressure side winglet has little effects on the aerodynamic performance of the counter-rotating fan,however,application of suction winglet could lower the fan aerodynamic noise.With the suction side tip winglet,development of tip leakage vortex is pushed away from the blade suction side and its strength is decreased,hence leads to a weakened interaction between the tip leakage vortex and wall surface,and the wall pressure fluctuation is faded.
