摘  要:采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术制备耐水蚀涂层,测试涂层的微观组织、孔隙率、硬度、结合强度等性能,并对涂层进行水蚀试验,研究其抗水蚀能力。结果表明:超音速火焰喷涂制备的NiCr-Cr_(3)C_(2)金属陶瓷涂层均匀致密,孔隙率小于1%,硬度为800HV0.3~1100HV0.3,结合强度约为80MPa;相比于叶片基体材料,涂层具备优异的抗水蚀能力,为叶片热喷涂防水蚀提供了重要实验参考。HVOF spraying technology is used to prepare anti-water corrosion coatings.The microstructure,porosity rate,hardness and bonding strength of the coatings are studied and the water-erosion testis carried out to study water-erosion property of the coatings.The results show thatthe NiCr-Cr_(3)C_(2)metal-cermet coatings are uniform and compact,the average porosity rate is less than 1%,the microhardness is between 800 and 1100 HV0.3 and the average bonding strength is about 80MPa.Compared with the blade substrate material,the coating has excellent water corrosion resistance.This work provides an important experimental reference for the thermal spraying of blades to improve water-erosion property.
