摘  要:对12Cr12Mo马氏体不锈钢汽轮机末级叶片进汽边局部采用半导体型激光器进行激光强化处理来提高叶片的抗水蚀性能。考察了强化后叶片表面硬度分布、金相组织、力学性能,并对强化后叶片表面进行了磁粉探伤检查。结果表明:叶片进汽边激光强化后,有效硬化层平均硬度比基体提高140HV 0.2;有效硬化层的深度在0.6mm左右;生成了更细小、位错密度增大的马氏体组织;增大了表面的残余压应力;经磁粉探伤检查叶片表面无裂纹、发纹等缺陷。To improve the water corrosion resisitance of last stage steam turbine blade,12Cr12Mo martensitic stainless was treated by a semiconductor laser.The surface hardness distribution,matallography,mechanical properties and the magnetic particel inspection of were investigated.The results showed that:the average hardness in the effective depth of hardening was increased by 140HV 0.2 than the matrix,effective depth of hardening was 0.6mm,the martensite structure with finer and higher dislocation density was formed,surface residual compressive stress was increased.No defects such as cracks and hairlines were found on the surface of blade by magnetic pareicle inspection.
