摘  要:大型设备风力发电机组的滚动轴承如果发生故障,将直接影响整个风力发电机的安全稳定运行,因此,滚动轴承故障发生前进行有效且及时的故障分析是十分必要的。本文结合理论分析和机组历史运行数据,论述了滚动轴承润滑不良故障监测和准确分析的方法,主要针对风力发电机组发电机滚动轴承润滑不良故障,提出了RMS趋势分析法对滚动轴承故障的发展趋势进行分析。通过对轴承振动加速度信号的RMS趋势分析,从而发现轴承润滑不良故障。此分析方法可以用于轴承运行过程故障的监测,对整个风力发电机的故障诊断和运行维护具有重要意义。The failure of rolling bearings in large equipment wind turbines will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the entire wind turbine. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out effective and timely fault analysis before the occurrence of rolling bearing failure. This paper combines theoretical analysis and unit history operation data, discusses the method of monitoring and accurate analysis of rolling bearing lubrication failure, mainly aiming at wind turbine generator rolling bearing lubrication failure, it proposes the RMS trend analysis method to analyze the development trend of rolling bearing failure. The RMS trend analysis of the bearing vibration acceleration signal is used to detect the bearing lubrication failure. This analysis method can be used for the monitoring of bearing operation process faults, which is of great significance for the fault diagnosis and operation and maintenance of the whole wind turbine.
