摘　　要：电炉短流程炼钢工艺由于取消了对焦炭和烧结矿的依赖,CO_(2)排放水平大幅降低,在加快实现我国钢铁行业碳达峰、碳中和方面具有明显的技术优势。基于电炉炼钢排放标准,介绍了Quantum电炉烟气捕集技术,详细分析了颗粒物及二噁英类污染物的治理方法。采用覆膜涤纶针刺毡加超细纤维滤料布袋除尘器的电炉一次和二次烟气混合除尘系统,当过滤风速≤0.8 m/min时,可以保证除尘器出口排放浓度小于10 mg/Nm^(3),满足颗粒物排放标准;Quantum电炉二噁英类污染物的产生量明显高于水平烟道预热废钢电炉和其他常规电炉,可通过最大限度减少废钢预处理中油脂、油漆、涂料等有机物的入炉量、维持二次燃烧室温度在850℃以上、在1 s内将烟气从650℃急冷至200℃以下、保持烟气中喷入的活性炭含量在50 mg/m^(3)、降低布袋除尘器入口温度等措施,减少二噁英的排放。Because of eliminating the dependence on coke and sinter,the EAF short-flow steelmaking process reduces the CO_(2) emission greatly,which has obvious technical advantages in accelerating the achievement of Carbon Peak and carbon neutralization in the steel industry of our country.Based on the emission standard of EAF steelmaking,the gas trapping technology of Quantum electric furnace is introduced,and the treatment methods of particulate matter and dioxin-like pollutants are analyzed in detail.The mixed dedusting system of primary and secondary flue gas of electric furnace is adopted,which adopts the film-covered polyester needle-punched felt and the bag filter with ultrafine fiber filter material.When the filter air velocity is less than 0.8 m/min,the outlet emission concentration of the deduster is less than 10 mg/Nm^(3),the quantity of dioxin-like pollutants produced by Quantum electric furnace is obviously higher than that of waste steel electric furnace and other conventional electric furnaces with horizontal flue preheating,the measures can be taken to minimize the amount of organic matter such as grease,Paint and coating in the pretreatment of scrap steel,to keep the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber above 850℃,to cool the flue gas from 650℃to below 200℃within 1 second,to keep the content of activated carbon injected into the flue gas at 50 mg/m^(3),and to reduce the inlet temperature of the bag filter,reduce dioxin emissions.
