摘  要:烧结烟气一氧化碳(CO)净化逐步成为大气污染防治的重点,基于蜂窝式催化剂的CO催化净化技术是当前烟气净化的最优途径之一。本文通过蜂窝式催化剂在实际烧结烟气条件下测试不同空速下的催化性能和催化稳定性,基于立方米级催化床层规模化实验,在烧结烟气条件下进行了催化性能研究,并与传统颗粒式催化剂进行了对比,同时开展了为期一个月的烧结烟气CO催化净化中试实验。结果表明,蜂窝式催化剂的催化性能明显高于传统颗粒式催化剂,在72 h测试对比中,蜂窝式催化剂能够保持93%催化效率,颗粒式催化剂的催化效率则降至30%。中试实验中,空速3000 h^(-1)、进气温度180~195℃时,CO平均催化效率为90%,从工程应用角度验证了烧结烟气CO蜂窝式催化净化的可行性。The purification of carbon monoxide(CO)in sintering flue gas has gradually become the focus of air pollution prevention and control.The technology of catalytic purification of CO based on honeycomb catalyst is one of the best ways of flue gas purification.In this paper,the catalytic performance and stability of the honeycomb catalyst at different space velocities were tested under the condition of actual sintering flue gas,based on the scale experiment of cubic meter catalyst bed,the catalytic performance of the catalyst was studied under the condition of sintering flue gas,and compared with the traditional granular catalyst.The results showed that the catalytic performance of the honeycomb catalyst was obviously higher than that of the traditional granular catalyst,and the honeycomb catalyst could maintain 93%catalytic efficiency in 72 h test,the catalytic efficiency of granular catalyst is reduced to 30%.In the pilot-scale experiment,the average catalytic efficiency of CO is 90%at the air velocity of 3000 h^(-1) and the inlet air temperature of 180~195℃.The feasibility of the honeycomb catalytic purification of CO from sintering flue gas is verified from the view of engineering application.
